About ogg
ogg is a set of small tools that run in your browser. Nothing to install, no account to create.
Why nothing gets uploaded
Once a file is uploaded, it's out of your hands. Where it's kept, how long it stays, who else can get to it — none of that is up to you anymore.
Most of the time the upload isn't even necessary. A browser can already parse a Word document, compress an image, diff two blocks of text. Doing that work on your own machine is not just possible, it's faster.
So every tool here runs in the browser. Files are never uploaded, and nothing is stored on a server.
What gets included
Not every tool belongs here. Two conditions:
- It runs entirely in the browser — if it needs a server to do the actual work, it doesn't qualify.
- People actually need it — it solves something real, not filler.
That keeps the list short. Everything on it works the moment you open it.
What's available now
Word Editor — open a .docx, edit and format it, then export as PDF, Markdown or standalone HTML, or save it back to Word format. Sixteen Chinese fonts are built in. Your edits are saved inside your own browser, so closing the tab by accident won't lose them.
More tools are planned.
How it works
There is no backend. Every page and every tool is a static file, hosted on Cloudflare. No server means no database, no user table, and nowhere to put your file.
