What you can do

- No layout drift — the original .docx structure is parsed directly, so documents open the way Word wrote them and stay that way.
Your document is never uploaded
Unsaved edits are written to your browser's local storage periodically. If you refresh or close the tab by accident, reopening the page offers to continue where you left off.

FAQ
Do I need to sign up?
No. Open the page and start editing — there is no account system at all.
Is my document uploaded to a server?
No. Opening, editing and exporting all happen inside your browser. Unsaved edits are kept in your browser's local storage.
Can I open .doc files?
No — only .docx (Word 2007 and later). Save your .doc file as .docx in Word or LibreOffice first.
What happens if I close the page midway?
Nothing is lost. Your edits are saved to browser storage periodically, and reopening the page offers to continue where you left off.
Does it support Chinese text?
Yes. Sixteen Chinese fonts ship with the editor, including FangSong, KaiTi, SimSun and SimHei. The editor's own interface is in Chinese.
Will the exported PDF look the same?
Yes. The PDF is generated from the document's current layout with fonts embedded, so it renders identically elsewhere.
Does it work on mobile?
It opens on phones and tablets, but complex layouts and tables are much easier to edit on a desktop browser.
Is it really free?
Yes — free, with no account limits and no cap on how many files you export.
